7-Day Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In its original condition

• Returned with original tags and packaging

• Free from stains, perfume, alterations, damage, or signs of wear

To request an exchange, please contact AAN SILK HOUSE within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Shipping

For U.S. and international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and the shipping cost of the replacement item unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. AAN SILK HOUSE is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Customs duties, taxes, and international shipping charges are non-refundable.

If an international order is refused or returned because customs duties or import charges were not paid, any applicable shipping, customs, or carrier charges may be deducted from the amount eligible for store credit or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us promptly and provide photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.

Final Sale Items

Clearance items, specially discounted items marked “Final Sale,” customized products, altered items, and worn or used merchandise are not eligible for exchange or return.

Refunds

AAN SILK HOUSE primarily offers exchanges rather than refunds.

Refunds may be considered only when an item received is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect and an appropriate replacement cannot be provided.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges, international shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other carrier-related charges are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee may apply to eligible exchanges depending on the condition of the returned merchandise.
