Shipping policy
At AAN SILK HOUSE, we carefully package and ship our collection from New Jersey, USA. We currently ship throughout the United States and to select international destinations.
U.S. Shipping
Standard Shipping
Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on eligible U.S. orders of $50 or more. For orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout. Expedited services are available at the displayed carrier-calculated rates. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout and may include order-processing time
Express Shipping
Express and expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge. Available carriers, services, shipping charges, and estimated delivery dates are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order details.
Free shipping on eligible U.S. orders of $50 or more applies only to USPS Ground Advantage, not express or expedited services.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Selecting express shipping does not shorten order-processing time. Delivery dates are estimates unless the selected carrier service specifically provides a delivery guarantee.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries.
International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, package weight, shipping method, and carrier.
Customers may contact AAN SILK HOUSE before ordering if they would like assistance with international shipping options.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email or through the contact information provided with your order.
Orders are normally processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
Processing and delivery times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, festivals, or other high-volume periods.
International Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, clearance fees, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless specifically stated during checkout.
Customs rules vary by country, and AAN SILK HOUSE cannot determine or guarantee the amount of customs charges that may apply.
Customers are responsible for complying with the import requirements of their destination country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided whenever tracking is available.
Please allow carriers sufficient time to update tracking information after shipment.
Delayed Shipments
Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates.
Weather conditions, customs inspections, holidays, carrier delays, local delivery disruptions, or other circumstances outside the control of AAN SILK HOUSE may affect delivery times.
If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you with the shipping carrier where possible.
Lost or Damaged Packages
All orders are carefully packed before shipment.
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact AAN SILK HOUSE as soon as possible.
Please retain the original packaging and provide photographs if the shipment arrives damaged, as these may be required for a carrier claim.
We will assist you with the carrier investigation or claim process when applicable.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please contact us immediately if you notice an address error.
Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Additional shipping or carrier charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
Refused or Unclaimed International Shipments
If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned because customs duties, import taxes, or other required charges were not paid, any shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs fees, or carrier fees incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund or store credit.
International shipping charges and customs duties are non-refundable.
